Like other fish, this ingredient can vary in size and it will spoil at the same rate. This fish also has a matching display version so that you can mount it to the wall with all your other fish!

This includes a recipe that will allow your sim to create a olive curing tray. Once created, that tray can be cured and a basket of cured olives can be collected from it.
