New interaction allowing children to lie on lap

Adds a new herb harvestable and gardening plant. A bright flavored herb with feathery green leaves. This plant is low maintenance and will evolve quickly. The fragrant leaves of this plant may provide inspiration to Sims with the gourmet cooking skill and a focused boost to Sims with the gardening skill. It's fragrance repels bugs from nearby plants and beeboxes.

Want to go on a Adventure with your Dog and don't want them to stray around hunting dangerous Squirrels? Command them to lie donw (they need to have learned the command of course) and they will lie down up to 300 min (default 5 min). Every Interaction with your Pet will Cancel the Command. Also it will fill up the Energy Motive.
