The experimental food found at restaurants from the Dine Out GP including the Maxis-made Chez Llama is both cool looking and some of your Sims may even enjoy it. If you have a level 5 cooking skill, you can learn to cook it themselves just by eating it. Problem is, to cook it at home your Sims need to buy their own chef station which is huge and expensive.
