Want to visit a Friend but you can’t remember where they lived? Too lazy to search all Worlds for their Lot? Send them a Text and you may will get a text back to go and visit them with just a click.

Is your Sim too busy raising multiple young children to work? Is there some other reason why your Sim is unable to work? Well, now your Sim can enter the Public Welfare system to help with those pesky bills. Be warned, the money isn’t much as it’s only intended to help you “get by” and not “get rich”, just like real welfare. This mod (only called a “career” because that’s the system I had to use to create this) will grant your Sim one check per week depending on how many children they have or if they are just an individual. Make certain that your Sim is able to make it to their appointment pick up their one-a-week check! Two missed checks and you will be ejected from the system!
