Your sim's bloodline will have a truly profound effect on their progress as a magical powerhouse. For those with a weak bloodline there is no change. For strong bloodlines your witch gains an additional talent point per rank increase, and ancient bloodlines receive an additional 2 talent points. No other benefits have changed.
