Lot Traits Mods 92

This lot trait will spawn 4-8 "squatters" who will just sit around and watch tv.

Enabled the hidden Lot Traits and adds their features as hidden Buffs instead of the original visible Tiny Home Buffs so you can use them on other Lots as well.

This is my first lot challenge mod (but hopefully not my last) and I created it by request. This mod makes your home lots a hot spot for alien abductions! There will be about an 80% chance each and every night that the challenge is active on the lot that a Sim on the active lot will be abducted by aliens. It’s completely random when it will happen and, if there are multiple Sims on the lot, which Sim it will happen to. While testing, it took about a week before my Sim was abducted the first playthrough and then three days the second playthrough. So yeah, very random! For this lot challenge to work, you must have the Get to Work EP!

Weddings are so romantic… I mean, if you’re into that sort of thing. Not all people are and not all Sims are. This lot trait will turn several venue types into the perfect place for a wedding with romantic buffs and benefits for romantically inclined Sims and their betrothed. If your Sims are not romantically inclined, they probably won’t like being at such a wedding spot…
